The top tier roast for the season. These Ontario grain-finished ribs will have aged a minimum of 4 weeks at the shop, just waiting around developing a depth of flavour unparalleled to others. Each rib feeds approximately 2 people. If you’re adding more it will be assumed that the roast will be left as one piece. Please notify us of any changes. Don’t forget to add a jar of house-made demi glace for an exquisite finishing sauce.
