Summit Station Dairy
All our milk comes from Summit Station Dairy, a family farm in Hamilton, Ontario. Seventy-five years ago, Joe and Minna Loewith bought a parcel of land on the outskirts of Hamilton and began milking fifteen cows. Their sons Dave and Carl, along with grandson Ben, have grown the herd and the farm into one of the best managed in Canada.
Their milk is single-source A2 milk from their own A2A2 cows, pasteurized and sold in returnable glass bottles.

The Milks

Homogenized Whole Milk — classic creamy whole milk, 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
Unhomogenized Whole Milk — around 4% butterfat with the cream rising to the top, pasteurized, in 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
2% Partly Skimmed Milk — a lighter everyday milk, 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
Chocolate Milk — 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
Strawberry Milk — 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
Eggnog (seasonal) — 1 litre and 1.89 litre glass bottles
Table Cream — in pint and 1 litre bottles
Fresh Cheese Curds — squeaky fresh curds in 500ml containers

We receive our Summit Station Milk order every Thursday. The milk is bottled at the dairy on Wednesdays. Your milk is always fresh!
